此篇文章用意是跟各位釐清在新評論規則下,哪些評論請求方式在亞馬遜規定範圍內,以及如何保護自身請求評論的權利。首先來看看最新亞馬遜 Prohibited seller activities and actions (賣家違規活動及行為)的求評規範。

Any attempt to manipulate ratings, feedback, or reviews is prohibited.
濫用商品評論、賣家評價和評分
任何操作商品評論、賣家評價以及評分的行為都不被允許。
• Ratings and feedback: The rating and feedback features allow buyers to evaluate the overall performance of a seller, helping sellers to develop a reputation within the Amazon Marketplace. You may not post abusive or inappropriate feedback or include personal information about a transaction partner. This also includes posting ratings or feedback to your own account. You may request feedback from a buyer, however you may not pay or offer any incentive to a buyer for either providing or removing feedback.

賣家評價和評分:賣家評價的評分功能提供買家一個衡量賣家績效的標準,幫助賣家在亞馬遜站點中提升自家店面的名氣。提交賣家評價的內容不可含有辱罵與不恰當的字眼,或洩漏買家個資,並禁止自己給經營的店面評價。你可以向買家請求賣家評價,但嚴禁任何金錢或物質等誘因作為買家撰寫及移除評論的獎勵。

商品評論:亞馬遜的買家可提交商品好壞的評論來傳達對商品或服務的感想,作為消費者重要的商品訊息來源。禁止針對跟自身有利益關係的商品,或為自身以及競爭對手的商品撰寫評論。此外,提供獎賞(包括免費或是折價的商品) 來請求評論或是只請求好評是不被允許的,賣家不行請求買家更改或是移除差評。
看完這項條例,各位應該可以清楚地瞭解何謂亞馬遜所說的操作商品評論、賣家評價以及評分的行為。如此簡單明了,淺顯易懂的規定,相信高智商的讀者們,應該不會看不懂,BQool 把條例做了五點重點。
不遵守以下規則,你的帳號就要被封啦!
• 嚴禁任何金錢或物質上等誘因作為買家撰寫及移除評論的獎勵。
• 不允許提供獎賞(包括免費或是折價的商品) 來請求評論。
• 不允許只請求好評。
• 賣家不能請求買家更改或是移除差評。
只有這方法才讓你在亞馬遜上做的安全又長長久久!
• 你可以發信向買家請求賣家評價和商品評論,但 no string attached (不要免費或折價送這送那,還要求好評!)。最重要的!使用軟體寄信請求評論安全又有效!
新的 review 規範中,要合乎亞馬遜求評規則,唯有寄信給買家請求留下評分和評論才行,其餘的請求方式都屬非法行為,執行了就要有帳號被封且關店的心理準備。

You must be a new fresh recruit who has just recently joined the Amazon support crew, where do you guys get your training anyway? Let me quickly educate you to bring you up-to-date on what constitutes as the manipulation of reviews since you clearly have not a single clue on how to distinguish between incentivized reviews(or manipulated reviews as you so enjoy calling it)and normal, perfectly acceptable reviews that are completely adherence to the Amazon latest policy.

Read it? Now you can go back to my Buyer-Seller messages and scan through each of my emails to buyers then tell me which of the rules I have broken. Being the nice person I am, I have even put the KEY sentences as dot points because no one likes to read wall of texts.

I HAVE NOT MANIPULATED REVIEWS!
It is in your best interest to fully understand the definition of review manipulation so you will have the adequate skill to better serve amazon sellers without making a fool of yourself. Threatening to close down my store without absolute no evidence to back up your claim and prove I have manipulated reviews really leaves a sour taste in my mouth. You have already cost me too much valuable time and money. Lift the ban, before you receive a formal complaint about your mischief.
